about Lifelines
One newsletter was dedicated to internal staff only, called Lifelines. Lifelines is a weekly newsletter that included staff updates, news, and important information.
about newsflash
The second newsletter I curated was for the Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs) in NCT9-1-1’s service area, called Newsflash. The Newsflash included important technology updates, upcoming training classes, and Public Education information.
