As NCT9-1-1 Communications Coordinator, I was in charge of running a Public Education group. The Together Accomplishing Goals (TAG) Team is a network of 9-1-1 telecommunicators, police, fire, rescue and other volunteers dedicated to sharing the 9-1-1 message. I conducted quarterly meetings that allowed new members to network, share ideas and brainstorm on 9-1-1 education awareness. Below are a few examples of my work related to the TAG Team.
